The hotel is located in central Zurich, about 10 minutes from the central station by public transport. It enjoys a surprisingly peaceful location despite being so central.

The owner-run Neufield Hotel is housed in a fairly understated building with a pleasant pale yellow facade. The small lobby has very limited seating and a compact reception desk, rendering it a little unsuitable for group check in/out. The medium sized guestrooms are functionally appointed in a modern style, but all are in good condition, as are the bathrooms. The hotel offers a rich Continental buffet every morning in the bright, welcoming breakfast room, which is located on the ground floor. The management will happily provide kosher breakfast if required.
